WELCOME! WHEN USING PRANIC UNIVERSE SERVICES, YOU ("MEMBER" OR "YOU" OR "YOUR") AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DESCRIBED HEREIN ("TERMS OF SERVICE").

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS: PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY PRANICUNIVERSE.COM VIA OUR WEBSITE (CURRENTLY LOCATED AT WWW.PRANICUNIVERSE.COM). BY CLICKING "I AGREE" BUTTON, YOU SIGNIFY THAT YOU AGREE WITH THESE TERMS.

THESE TERMS MAY BE AMENDED BY PRANIC UNIVERSE AT ANY TIME IN OUR DISCRETION BY POSTING THE AMENDED TERMS ON OUR WEBSITE. IF YOU BECAME A MEMBER PRIOR TO POSTING OF AMENDED TERMS, THE AMENDED TERMS SHALL AUTOMATICALLY BE EFFECTIVE 30 DAYS AFTER THEY ARE INITIALLY POSTED. YOUR CONTINUED USE AFTER SUCH AMENDMENT SHALL SIGNIFY YOUR ACCEPTANCE.

1. Description of Pranic Universe

PRANIC UNIVERSE provides astrological, spiritual, pranic healing content, reports, data, telephone and email consultations, chat consultations ("Content") via World Wide Web, electronic mail. Although portions of Content may be viewed simply by visiting the site (the "Free Services" and "Paid Service"), in order to access personalized zone and/or receive additional Content and services (the "Paid Services"), You may need to register as a member. The Free Services and Paid Services are collectively referred as "Services." In consideration for the Paid Services, Member agrees to: (1) provide current, complete, and accurate information as prompted and (2) maintain and update this information. All information that We request and You provide on original sign-up, and all updates thereto, are referred as "Registration Data." Many Services and Content are provided by third party suppliers and not by Pranic Universe.

2. Member Eligibility

The Services are available only to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, the Services are not permitted to be used by minors (under age of 18) or temporarily or indefinitely suspended members. In addition, Pranic Universe does not permit use by residents (a) of any jurisdiction that may prohibit our Services or (b) of any country prohibited by law, regulation, treaty or administrative act from entering into trade relations. If you do not qualify, please do not use the Services.

3. Member Registration Data

Upon registration, including Your provision of Registration Data, You will receive a Pranic Universe identification ("YOUR EMAIL ID") and a password. You are entirely responsible if You do not maintain confidentiality of Your EMAIL ID and password. You are responsible for all uses of Your account, whether or not actually or expressly authorized by you. You may change Your password by following instructions on Website. You agree that Your account, EMAIL ID, and password may not be transferred or sold to another party. You agree to immediately notify Pranic Universe of any unauthorized use of Your account or any other breach of security.

4. Our Access to Your Account

In order to ensure that Pranic Universe is able to provide high quality services, respond to customer needs, and comply with laws, You hereby consent to Pranic Universe employees and agents being able to access Your account and records on a case-by-case basis to investigate complaints or other allegations or suspected abuse.

5. Modification to Services; Breach; Termination

Pranic Universe may modify or discontinue (in whole or in part) the Services or Your account with us, with or without notice, for any reason without liability to You. Without limiting the foregoing, We reserve the right to terminate Your account immediately (a) if We are unable to verify or authenticate Your Registration Data, (b) if We believe that Your actions may cause legal liability for You, Pranic Universe, or other users, or (c) if We believe You have (i) provided false Registration Data, (ii) interfered with other users or administration of Services, or (iii) violated these Terms or our Privacy Policy.

6. Privacy Policy

Privacy is very important to us, and as such, Our Privacy Policy, as it may be updated from time to time, available on the Website, is incorporated into these Terms by this reference. We may amend Our Privacy Policy from time to time pursuant to terms for amending this Terms of Service.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Comprehensive Return & Cancellation Policy for Services

• Refund will be considered only if customer mails us at support@pranicuniverse.com within 2 hours of payment and no service is availed. No refund after expiry of two hours from time of payment.
• No refund shall be provided once a consultation has been availed, regardless of its duration or outcome.
• In cases where customer's wallet balance is deducted due to technical or system error, but consultation does not take place at all, customer must inform Pranic Universe by email within 24 hours of such deduction. Such requests shall be considered only after internal verification.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-refundable.
• In case of Reports, No refund if data provided by customer is incorrect. However, if customer mails within an hour of ordering report, we will consider changes.
• Once report is delivered, no refund shall be made.
• All eligible refunds shall be made within seven business days from receipt of request. Subject to bank/payment gateway processing time.
• In case of double payment made by mistake against single order, one payment will be refunded.
• All refunds will be made after deducting transaction charges levied by bank and/or payment gateway or any other charges borne by Pranic Universe.

Comprehensive Return & Cancellation Policy for Products

• All printable products including Horoscope, Year Book, Janam Patri are non-returnable.
• If customer found product in damaged/defective/broken condition, customer may apply for replacement or refund by mailing at support@pranicuniverse.com within two working days of delivery. No refund after expiry of two days.
• All products must be returned in original condition along with bills and labels. Customer need to register dispute with images within 2 days.
• Double payment - one payment refunded.
• All refunds after deducting bank charges, shipping/courier charges, customs duty and any other charges borne by Pranic Universe, except when product is damaged/defective.

8. Member Behavior and Restrictions; Compliance with Laws

Your right to use Services is personal to You. You represent You are an individual and not a corporation. You agree not to resell or make any commercial use without express written consent. You are solely responsible for contents of Your transmissions. Your use is subject to all applicable local, state, national and international laws. You agree: (a) to comply with all Indian laws regarding transmission of technical data, (b) not to use Website for illegal purposes, (c) not to interfere or disrupt networks connected to Pranic Universe, (d) to comply with all applicable regulations of networks connected, (e) to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws. You will not use Pranic Universe for chain letters, junk mail, spamming. You agree not to transmit any unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene material. You further agree not to transmit any material that encourages criminal offense or violates any law. Attempts to gain unauthorized access are prohibited.

(f) Prohibition on Using Website Content for Training AI Models: By accessing or using this website, you are expressly prohibited from utilizing any content, data, information, or materials available on this website for purpose of training or developing AI models or machine learning algorithms. This prohibition extends to any form of data extraction, scraping, copying, or downloading, whether automated or manual, with intent to use as training data. Violation may result in legal action including injunctive relief and monetary damages. Website reserves right to monitor and enforce compliance.

9. Blocking or Suspension of Users

• (1) Right to Block or Restrict Access: The Company shall have absolute, unconditional, and unrestricted right, at its sole discretion, to block, restrict, suspend, or limit any User's access to Platform and/or Expert's services, without prior notice.
• (2) No Liability: Under no circumstances shall Company be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, damage arising out of blocking, restriction, suspension.
• (3) Company's Final Authority: Company shall retain sole, final, binding authority to review, affirm, modify, reject, or reinstate any action taken with respect to blocking.
• (4) Permanent Deactivation: In event of repeated violations, misconduct, breach of Platform's policies, Company may permanently deactivate User's account.

10. No Warranty

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT: (A) SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND WITH ALL FAULTS. PRANIC UNIVERSE ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, DELETIONS, MISDELIVERIES, OR FAILURES TO STORE COMMUNICATIONS; (B) IN PARTICULAR, PRANIC UNIVERSE MAY DELETE E-MAIL OR OTHER ACCOUNTS OR INFORMATION THEREIN IF ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE FOR MORE THAN 90 DAYS; (C) USE OF SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK, AND YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE TO YOUR COMPUTER SYSTEM OR LOSS OF DATA; (D) SERVICES ARE PROVIDED FOR SPIRITUAL / ENTERTAINMENT / GUIDANCE PURPOSES ONLY AND PRANIC UNIVERSE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT AND MAKES NO WARRANTY REGARDING RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED, ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF CONTENT, GOODS OR SERVICES PURCHASED, OR TRANSACTIONS ENTERED INTO, AND MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR FREE.

11. Limitations of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL PRANIC UNIVERSE OR ITS SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS AND COST OF PROCUREMENT OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS. Liability arising out of: (A) Use or inability to use Services; (B) Any goods or services purchased; (C) Loss of, unauthorized access to, or alteration of User's transmissions. THE LIABILITY OF PRANIC UNIVERSE AND ITS SUPPLIERS TO YOU OR THIRD PARTIES IS LIMITED TO GREATER OF (A) AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAY TO US IN 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) $100 / Rs. 8,000.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pranic Universe and its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, suppliers, consultants and agents from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including attorneys fees) arising from Your use of Services, violation of Privacy Policy or Terms, or violation of any third party's rights, including infringement of IP.

13. Proprietary Rights to Content

You acknowledge that Content, including but not limited to text, software, music, sound, photographs, video, graphics or other material contained in sponsor advertisements or distributed via email, is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You are not permitted to copy, use, reproduce, distribute, perform, display, or create derivative works from Content unless expressly authorized by Pranic Universe.

14. Notices

Except as otherwise stated, all notices to a party shall be in writing and shall be made via email or snail mail. Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, or 3 days after deposit in snail mail, to Member at address provided in Registration Data and to Pranic Universe at: Pranic Universe, Ludhiana, Punjab, India - 141008. 15. Arbitration; Injunctive Relief

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of, relating to, or in connection with this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with commercial arbitration rules in Indian Law. Arbitration conducted by single arbitrator selected in accordance with rules in Indian Law, and judgment on award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. Notwithstanding, either party has right to seek interim relief from court of competent jurisdiction in Ludhiana in order to protect rights pending completion of arbitration, and both parties agree to submit to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of India and venue in Ludhiana, Punjab.

16. General Provisions

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with laws of India without giving effect to choice of law principles. If for any reason a court finds any provision unenforceable, such provision shall be changed and interpreted so as to best accomplish objectives within limits of applicable law, and remainder will continue in full force. Headings are for reference only. Any waiver will be effective only if in writing and signed by Pranic Universe. These Terms constitute entire agreement between parties.

17. Usage of the Information

Information collected may be used for any purpose as permissible under applicable law including:

1. For providing personalized browsing experience. While guaranteeing anonymity, personal information may be used for research, improving marketing and promotional efforts, to analyse usage, improve content of Website, product offering and customizing layout.
2. You authorize us to contact you via email or phone or SMS.
3. With IP tracking details and Cookies data, Website will use it only for facilitating usage and provide personalized experience and sensitive information will not be provided to third party without consent.
4. All information collected including Personal Information, User Data may be retained for such period as necessary for compliance with statutory obligations, tax laws, evidentiary purposes, manage access and use of services, or resolution of disputes.
5. To ensure seamless experience, Website may use data collected through cookies, log file, device identifiers, location data to: remember information, provide custom content including advertising, monitor effectiveness, monitor aggregate metrics, diagnose technology problems, enhance service.
6. Website uses third-party analytics tools to measure traffic and usage trends. These tools collect information which is not personal or sensitive.

YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WE ONLY PROVIDE A PLATFORM WHERE EXPERTS CAN GIVE ASTROLOGY / SPIRITUAL / PRANIC HEALING SERVICES TO USERS AND WE DO NOT HAVE ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT CONTROL OVER CONVERSATION HAPPENS BETWEEN EXPERT AND USERS. YOU USE SERVICES AT YOUR OWN RISK AND YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, HARM INCURRED DUE TO SUCH CONVERSATION/RECOMMENDATION. IN NO CASE PRANIC UNIVERSE OR ANY OF ITS DIRECTORS/OFFICIALS WILL BE LIABLE.

WE DON'T MAKE ANY WARRANTIES ABOUT: (A) RECOMMENDATION PROVIDED THROUGH SERVICE; (B) SPECIFIC FEATURES OF SERVICE, OR ITS ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS.

WEBSITE IS OFFERING SERVICES THROUGH DIVERSE PANEL OF EXPERTS DULY VERIFIED AND SUCH SERVICE PROVIDER MAY FROM TIME TO TIME MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS OF USING MANTRAS, YANTRAS, GEMSTONES OR OTHER REMEDIES. 1. Overview

At Pranic Universe, we provide digital services (Chat/Call with Astrologer, Healer, Ayurvedic Doctor, Reports, Live) and physical products (Gemstones, Yantras, Rudraksha, Books, Ayurvedic Medicines, Oils). This policy explains refund, cancellation and wallet rules. Please read carefully.

2. Consultation Services - Chat / Call / Video

• 2.1: Refund considered ONLY if you email support@pranicuniverse.com within 2 hours of payment AND consultation not availed at all.
• 2.2: Once consultation is availed (even for 10 seconds), NO REFUND, regardless of satisfaction, duration, or outcome.
• 2.3: If wallet deducted due to technical error and consultation did not connect, inform within 24 hours. After internal verification (call logs), amount will be re-credited to wallet within 48 hours.
• 2.4: No refund for free minutes, promotional offers, coupons, discounts.
• 2.5: Disputed consultation (wrong prediction, dissatisfaction) - platform may at its discretion offer partial re-credit, no cash refund. Decision of Pranic Universe final.

3. Reports - Kundli, Year Book, Match Making

• 3.1: If birth data incorrect provided by you, no refund. However if you inform within 1 hour of ordering, we will correct and regenerate free.
• 3.2: Once report is generated and delivered to email/account, no refund.
• 3.3: Delay in delivery due to technical reason: we will deliver within 24 hours, no refund.

4. Wallet Balance

Wallet balance is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE. Can only be used for services on Pranic Universe platform. No cash withdrawal. Wallet expires after 365 days of inactivity.

5. Double Payment & Failed Transactions

If double payment deducted for same order, one payment will be refunded automatically within 7 working days after deducting payment gateway charges (approx 2-3%). You must email with transaction IDs. If payment deducted but order not confirmed, amount re-credited to source within 5-7 bank working days.

6. Physical Products - Gemstones, Yantras, Rudraksha, Books, Ayurvedic Products

• 6.1: All printable products like Brihat Horoscope, Year Book, Janam Patri are NON-RETURNABLE.
• 6.2: Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras - return only if damaged, defective, wrong item. Must report within 2 working days of delivery with unboxing video and photos at support@pranicuniverse.com
• 6.3: Ayurvedic medicines / oils / herbal products - NON-RETURNABLE due to hygiene and nature, except if damaged, expired, wrong product delivered. Must be in original sealed pack.
• 6.4: All returns must be in original condition with bills, labels, packaging.
• 6.5: Refund after deducting shipping charges (both sides), gateway charges, customs duty, except when product is damaged/defective.
• 6.6: Replacement will be shipped after we receive returned product and QC passes. Refund processed within 7 working days after receiving product.

7. Shipping Charges & Deductions

All refunds made after deducting transaction charges levied by bank/payment gateway (2-3%) and shipping/courier charges if applicable. If refund due to our mistake (damaged product), no deduction.

8. How to Request Refund

Email to support@pranicuniverse.com with: Order ID, Registered Phone/Email, Reason, Screenshots/Images. We will acknowledge in 24 hours and resolve in 7 working days. For consultation issues, mention Expert name, date, time, call/chat ID.

9. Cancellation by Company

We reserve right to cancel any order/service if fraud suspected, wrong pricing, stock unavailable, or user violates Terms. Full refund will be issued in such case after deductions if applicable.

1. Introduction & Commitment

At Pranic Universe, your data privacy and security is our top priority. This Data Storage, Security & Encryption Policy explains WHERE your data is stored, HOW it is protected, encrypted, backed up, and retained. This policy applies to all users, Ayurvedic Doctors, Astrologers, Healers using our Website, Android/iOS App, and Admin Panel.

We comply with Information Technology Act, 2000, IT Rules 2021, and follow best practices inspired by ISO 27001, GDPR principles, and Ministry of AYUSH data guidelines.

2. Where Is Your Data Stored?

A. Primary Storage Location - India

• All user data including Personal Information, Kundli Data (DOB, Time, Place), Health Data (Ayurvedic history, Prakriti), Chat/Call logs, Prescriptions, Orders are stored on secure cloud servers located in India - AWS Asia-Pacific (Mumbai) Region (ap-south-1) and Google Cloud Platform Mumbai.
• Database: MongoDB Atlas / MySQL with private VPC, not publicly accessible.
• No data is stored outside India without explicit consent, except anonymized analytics.

B. Backup Location

• Encrypted automated backups stored in secondary secure zone within India (AWS Mumbai backup region).
• Backup retention: Daily backups for 30 days, weekly backups for 90 days, monthly backups for 1 year.

C. Media Storage

• Profile photos, reports, e-prescriptions stored in AWS S3 Bucket (Mumbai) with private access, signed URLs.
• Live streaming recordings (if any) stored temporarily in S3 and auto-deleted after 30 days unless needed for dispute.

3. What Data We Store - Classification

• Level 1 - Public / Non-Sensitive: App usage stats, device type, anonymized logs.
• Level 2 - Personal (PII): Name, Email, Phone, Gender, Address, Profile Photo.
• Level 3 - Sensitive Personal Data (SPDI): Date/Time/Place of Birth, Kundli details, Health history, Prakriti, Nadi details, Allergies, Current Medications, Consultation transcripts, E-Prescriptions, Payment IDs (we do NOT store Card Number/CVV).
• Level 4 - Highly Confidential: Doctor/Expert credentials (Degree, Registration Certificate), ID proofs - stored in separate encrypted vault with restricted admin access.

4. Encryption - Data Safe Kaise Hai?

A. Encryption in Transit (Data jab move hota hai)

• All data transfer between App/Website ↔ Server is encrypted with TLS 1.3 / SSL (256-bit). You see HTTPS with padlock.
• Chat/Call data uses secure WebRTC with end-to-end encryption where possible.
• Payment data encrypted by payment gateway (Razorpay/PayU) with PCI-DSS compliant encryption. We never see your full card details.

B. Encryption at Rest (Data jab server par stored hai)

• Database encrypted with AES-256 (Advanced Encryption Standard) - military-grade encryption.
• S3 files encrypted with SSE-S3 (AES-256).
• Backups also AES-256 encrypted.

C. Password Security

• Passwords never stored in plain text. Stored as bcrypt hashed + salted - one-way encryption, even we cannot see your password.
• OTPs are time-based, expire in 5 minutes, hashed.

D. Kundli & Health Data Extra Security

• Birth details and health history stored with additional field-level encryption. Only authorized backend can decrypt with private key.

5. Access Control - Kaun Dekh Sakta Hai?

Principle of Least Privilege:

• Only 2-3 senior admins (Founder + Tech Lead) have access to production database with 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication).
• Customer support can see only limited data (name, order ID) - cannot see full health history or chat content without your consent and audit log.
• Ayurvedic Doctors / Astrologers can see only data relevant to their consultation (your name, age, query, birth details) - not your payment info.
• All admin access logged with IP, time, action - audit trail maintained.
• No third party has access except as mentioned in Privacy Policy (payment gateway, logistics partner for address only).

6. Security Measures & Safeguards

• Infrastructure: AWS WAF (Web Application Firewall) to block SQL injection, XSS attacks. DDoS protection via Cloudflare. Private VPC - database not public internet facing.
• Application Security: Regular vulnerability scans, code reviews, OWASP Top 10 protection. API rate limiting to prevent brute force. OTP attempt limit (5 tries).
• Monitoring: 24x7 server monitoring, intrusion detection system (IDS), alerts for suspicious login from new device/location.
• Regular Audits: Quarterly security audit and penetration testing by external agency.
• Device Security: Auto-logout after inactivity. Option to logout from all devices.

7. Data Retention - Kitne Time Tak Store Rahega?

• Active Account: As long as account active.
• Consultation Data: Chat transcripts, call logs, prescriptions retained for 3 years as per medical/legal requirement for dispute resolution, then anonymized or deleted.
• Order Data: Invoices, payment records retained for 7 years as per Indian tax law.
• Backup: As per backup policy above.
• Deleted Account: If you request deletion via support@pranicuniverse.com, we will delete personal data within 30 days, except data we must retain by law (tax invoices, legal disputes). Backups will be overwritten in next cycle (90 days). Anonymized analytics may remain.

8. Data Backup & Disaster Recovery

Daily automated encrypted backups. Backup stored in different availability zone within Mumbai region for high availability. In case of server failure, we can restore within 4 hours (RTO). Data integrity checks run daily. Backup access also protected with encryption keys and 2FA.

9. Data Breach & Incident Response

Despite best measures, if any data breach suspected: (1) We will contain and investigate within 24 hours, (2) Notify affected users within 72 hours as per IT Rules 2021, (3) Notify CERT-In if required, (4) Take corrective action, force password reset if needed. We maintain incident log.

10. Your Rights & Control

• Right to Access: Ask what data we store about you.
• Right to Correction: Edit profile in app or email us.
• Right to Deletion: Request account deletion.
• Right to Export: Request your data in JSON/PDF format.
• Right to Opt-out: Opt-out of marketing emails/SMS via settings.

To exercise rights: Email support@pranicuniverse.com with subject "Data Request". We will respond within 15 days as per law.

11. Children's Data

We do not knowingly store data of children below 18 without parental consent. If found, will be deleted immediately. Minors must use under parent supervision.

12. International Data Transfer

Primary storage is in India. If we use any international tool (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics), only anonymized, non-sensitive data is transferred with encryption. No sensitive health/birth data transferred outside India.

1. Overview

Pranic Universe ships physical products - Astrological Reports (printed), Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras, Books, Ayurvedic Medicines, Oils, Herbal Products across India and select international locations. This policy covers shipping timelines, charges, tracking.

2. Processing Time

Orders processed within 24-48 working hours after payment confirmation. Printed Horoscope / Year Book: 2-3 working days for printing. Gemstones / Rudraksha energization: 1-2 working days extra. You will receive confirmation email/SMS with Order ID.

3. Shipping Timelines & Charges

• Within India: Standard Delivery 4-7 working days, Express 2-4 days (where available). Free shipping on orders above Rs. 999 for Cloud Plan / Premium members, else Rs. 80-150 depending on weight/location. Remote areas (North East, J&K) may take 7-10 days.
• International: 10-18 working days via DHL/Aramex. Shipping charges calculated at checkout based on weight and country. Customs duty/taxes borne by customer.

Working days = Monday to Saturday excluding public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once shipped, tracking ID and courier name shared via SMS/Email. Track on courier website. For any delay, email support@pranicuniverse.com with Order ID.

5. Address & Wrong Address

Please provide complete, correct address with PIN code and phone number. If courier returns due to wrong address, incomplete address, recipient not available after 3 attempts, you will bear re-shipping charges Rs. 100-200. No refund for wrong address provided by customer.

6. Damaged / Defective / Wrong Product

If product received in damaged, broken, defective condition or wrong item, report within 2 working days of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video at support@pranicuniverse.com. We will arrange replacement or refund after verification. Product must be returned in original condition with bills. No return for correctly delivered Ayurvedic medicines due to hygiene, unless damaged/expired/wrong.

7. Non-Delivery / Lost Parcel

If order not delivered within 10 working days (India) / 25 days (International) from shipping date, contact us. We will check with courier. If confirmed lost, we will reship free or refund full amount (after deducting gateway charges if applicable).

8. International Shipping Restrictions

Some Ayurvedic medicines containing certain herbs may be restricted in some countries. It is customer's responsibility to check import rules. We are not liable for customs seizure. No refund for customs issues.

9. Cancellation Before Shipping

If you want to cancel physical product order, email within 12 hours of ordering and before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation not possible, only return as per Refund Policy for eligible products.

Astrology, Tarot, Numerology are based on ancient beliefs and interpretations. Predictions, remedies (Mantras, Yantras, Gemstones, Rudraksha) are based on faith and should not be considered as scientific or guaranteed outcomes. No guarantee of job, marriage, childbirth, success, court case, health cure. Results vary. Do not make major life decisions solely based on astrology. For legal/financial decisions consult qualified professional. Gender of unborn child prediction is illegal and not provided.

3. Ayurveda / Medical Disclaimer

Ayurvedic consultation provided by BAMS/MD Ayurveda doctors is for wellness and complementary purposes only, as per AYUSH guidelines. It is NOT for medical emergencies. For chest pain, severe bleeding, breathlessness, high fever, poisoning, accidents - go to nearest hospital emergency immediately. E-prescription is based on online information provided by you, not a substitute for in-person examination. Medicines to be taken under supervision. No guarantee of cure. Inform doctor about allergies, pregnancy, chronic diseases, ongoing allopathic medicines. Platform not liable for adverse reactions if information hidden or medicines purchased from outside. Always check expiry and authenticity.

4. Pranic Healing / Energy Healing / Spiritual Disclaimer

Pranic Healing, Reiki, Energy Healing are complementary energy therapies, not a replacement for medical treatment. They work on pranic energy body. No guarantee of healing. Do not stop ongoing medical treatment without consulting your physician. Healing results vary person to person. We do not claim to cure serious diseases.

5. No Warranty

Services provided "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free. We may delete accounts inactive for 90+ days. Use at your own risk.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Pranic Universe be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages including loss of profits, data, goodwill. Our total liability limited to amount paid by you in last 12 months or Rs. 8,000 whichever is greater. We are not liable for any loss/harm due to advice, remedy, product used.

7. User Responsibility

You must provide accurate birth and health information. You must not share personal contact info with Experts for offline transactions. You must not use services for illegal purposes (gender selection, abortion, gambling). You must make full disclosure of physical, mental, emotional state to Expert/Doctor for informed advice.

8. Third Party Products / Remedies

Gemstones, Yantras, Rudraksha, Ayurvedic medicines are recommended by Experts in good faith. Quality depends on supplier. We attempt to provide authentic products but make no warranty that they will meet your expectations or bring desired results. Use as per instructions.

1. Our Community Vision

Pranic Universe is a spiritual, positive community for Astrology, Ayurveda, Pranic Healing guidance. We aim to keep platform respectful, safe, authentic for Users and Experts. These guidelines apply to Chat, Call, Live Streaming, Reviews, Comments.

2. Respect & Behavior

Treat all Experts, Doctors, Users with respect. No abusive, vulgar, threatening, harassing, hate speech, caste/religion discriminatory language. No spamming, no repetitive messages. Any use of filthy language will lead to 7 days block + Rs. 11,000 fine for Experts and permanent block for Users without refund.

3. No Personal Information Sharing

Strictly prohibited: Sharing phone numbers, bank details, email, personal social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram), website links for offline payment or meeting. If any Expert/User asks for offline contact, report immediately at support@pranicuniverse.com. Violation = Rs. 11,000 fine + deactivation + Verified Badge removal.

4. No Offline Transactions

All payments must be via Pranic Universe platform only. Do not induce for offline payment, UPI, direct bank transfer. Company not responsible for any loss due to offline transaction. Violation leads to permanent ban and legal action.

5. Live Streaming Rules

• 5.1: Expert must keep video ON and focused on face for majority duration. No proxy person allowed. Violation >10 mins/day = Rs. 1100/day fine + 10 days restriction.
• 5.2: No promoting other astrology/healing apps or experts outside platform. Fine Rs. 11,000 + deactivation.
• 5.3: No asking for donations in exchange for answers.
• 5.4: No adult, sexual, obscene, violent content.
• 5.5: Good internet required. Continuous poor network leads to temporary deactivation.
• 5.6: Treat all users in live with courtesy, do not decline free guidance when not in paid call.
• 5.7: Misuse of Live (illegal advice, life-threatening advice) = Rs. 51,000 penalty + permanent ban.

6. Prohibited Content

Do not upload/share: Illegal content, gender determination, gambling/betting advice, abortion, hate speech, defamation, copyrighted material without permission, virus/malware, personal data of others. No advice related to loss/danger of life (human/animal) - violation = Rs. 1,00,000 fine + ban.

7. Fake Reviews & Reputation Harm

Do not post fake reviews, negative reviews to harm platform or other experts. Do not disclose company policies publicly, do not post defamatory comments about company/employees. Violation = Rs. 11,000 fine + badge removal + legal action.

8. Penalties & Enforcement

Our compliance team reviews violations. Penalties: Warning, 3-7 days block, Verified Badge removal, Rs. 1,100 to Rs. 1,00,000 fine, earning forfeiture, permanent deactivation. For re-activating badge: Rs. 11,000. Company has absolute right to block without notice. Decision final.

9. Reporting Violations

If you see any violation, report immediately with screenshots, User ID, Date/Time at support@pranicuniverse.com / compliance@pranicuniverse.com. We will keep reporter confidential and act within 24-48 hours.

10. Changes to Guidelines

We may update guidelines anytime. Continued use after update = acceptance. Please check regularly.

This Agreement governs your use of Pranic Universe Ayurveda Platform owned by Pranicverse. The Platform connects Users/Patients with verified Ayurvedic Doctors (BAMS / MD Ayurveda / MS Ayurveda) for online consultation via Chat, Audio, Video.

By registering as a Doctor or User, you agree to these Terms. This platform is NOT for medical emergencies. For emergency, visit nearest hospital. Ayurvedic consultation is complementary and does not replace modern emergency care.

Part A: Terms for Ayurvedic Doctors / Vaidya

1. Eligibility & Verification

Doctor must hold valid BAMS degree from recognized university and be registered with NCISM / State Ayurvedic Board / AYUSH. MD / MS Ayurveda preferred. Doctor must submit: Degree Certificate, Registration Certificate, Govt ID, Photo. Profile subject to approval by Pranic Universe. Any fake, misleading, incomplete information will lead to immediate deactivation, penalty Rs. 11,000 and legal action.

Minimum 2 years clinical experience required. Interns not allowed to provide paid consultation.

2. Duties Toward Patient / User

• 2.1: Provide true, accurate qualifications, specialization (Kayachikitsa, Panchakarma, Shalya etc.).
• 2.2: Take proper patient history, Nadi, Prakriti analysis based on information provided. Do not prescribe without adequate history.
• 2.3: Advice is for informational and Ayurvedic wellness purpose. Clearly inform patient that advice does not replace emergency allopathic care.
• 2.4: Do NOT prescribe Allopathic / English medicines, steroids, Schedule H/H1 drugs unless you hold valid additional qualification permitted by law. Prescribe only Ayurvedic classical medicines, proprietary Ayurvedic medicines, diet, lifestyle, yoga, Panchakarma recommendations.
• 2.5: Do NOT guarantee cure, do NOT advise gender selection, abortion, or any illegal practice.
• 2.6: Maintain patient confidentiality. Do NOT share patient case on social media without consent.
• 2.7: Do NOT ask for offline payment, personal contact, in-person meeting outside platform.
• 2.8: Treat patients with respect. No abusive, vulgar, discriminatory language. Violation: 7 days block + Rs. 11,000 fine.
• 2.9: Do NOT fraudulently increase call time. System monitors average consultation time.
• 2.10: Agree to rating & review system by users.

3. Duties Toward Platform

• 3.1: Services are exclusive in spirit. If found working on direct competitor platform using same profile/name during active hours, Pranic Universe may reduce revenue share or terminate.
• 3.2: Do not share login credentials.
• 3.3: Abide by pricing policy set by Pranic Universe. Platform may run offers/discounts for users, doctor's base fee remains as per domestic structure.
• 3.4: Must be available minimum 3 hours/day and 90 hours/month to retain Verified Badge. Failure: Rs. 11,000 fine + badge removal.
• 3.5: Attend promotional/free calls with same dedication as paid calls. Knowingly avoiding free calls: Rs. 11,000 fine.
• 3.6: All Chats/Calls recorded for quality, training, dispute resolution.
• 3.7: Platform can use doctor's name, photo, video, ratings for promotion.
• 3.8: No uploading of illegal, defamatory content.

4. Prescription & Panchakarma Guidelines

Doctor to provide e-prescription on Pranic Universe format only with: Doctor Name, Registration No, Qualification, Date, Patient Name, Age, Prakriti if assessed, Diagnosis (Ayurvedic), Diet (Pathya-Apathya), Lifestyle, Yoga, Medicines with dosage and Anupana, Panchakarma recommendation if needed with disclaimer that Panchakarma to be done only at authorized center under supervision.

No surgical procedures via online consultation. Shalya cases to be referred for in-person evaluation.

5. Payment, Fees & Penalties

• 5.1: Revenue share as agreed at onboarding. Example: 70% Doctor, 30% Platform (customizable). Platform deducts TDS as per Income Tax Act.
• 5.2: Maintenance charge Rs. 999/month if earning > Rs. 20,000/month.
• 5.3: Payment within 10 days of next month.
• 5.4: No payment for free/discounted consultations.
• 5.5: If patient charges back, no fee paid. If already paid, deducted from next payout.
• 5.6: Disputed consultation payment withheld till resolution. Platform's decision final.
• 5.7: Penalties: Fake qualification Rs. 11,000 + termination, Sharing personal contact Rs. 11,000, Harming platform reputation Rs. 11,000, Advising life-threatening remedy Rs. 1,00,000 + termination.
• 5.8: For re-activating Verified Badge: Rs. 11,000.

6. Termination

During first 3 months (Induction), resignation not allowed. If leave, penalty Rs. 1,00,000 towards training cost. After that, 30 days notice with 90 hours login mandatory. Failure: Rs. 51,000 penalty + forfeiture of earnings. After termination, cannot contact Pranic Universe patients directly. Legal action if violated. Jurisdiction: Ludhiana, Punjab.

Part B: Terms for Users / Patients

1. Acceptance & Eligibility

By using Pranic Universe Ayurveda, You agree to Terms. You must be 18+ or use under guidance of parent/guardian. Services are not for medical emergency. For chest pain, severe bleeding, difficulty breathing, high fever, poisoning - go to nearest hospital emergency. Our doctors provide Ayurvedic opinion based on info you provide.

2. Registration

Provide true name, age, gender, medical history, allergies, current medications. You are responsible for confidentiality of your account. Notify immediately of unauthorized use. Email: support@pranicuniverse.com

3. Nature of Ayurvedic Consultation

Ayurvedic consultation is based on Ayurvedic principles - Tridosha, Prakriti, Vikriti, Nadi, Agni. It is complementary wellness system. Not a replacement for modern emergency medicine. Doctors may suggest diet, lifestyle, dinacharya, ritucharya, yoga, herbs. Results vary person to person. No guarantee of cure. Always disclose full health status, pregnancy, chronic diseases, ongoing allopathic medicines.

4. User Duties & Restrictions

• 4.1: Provide accurate medical information. Wrong info = no refund.
• 4.2: Do NOT share personal contact info with doctor for offline payment/meeting. All payments via platform only.
• 4.3: Do NOT use platform for illegal purposes, self-harm, abortion, gender selection queries.
• 4.4: Do NOT record, publish consultation without consent.
• 4.5: Do NOT request allopathic medicines from Ayurvedic doctors.
• 4.6: One account per person. No reselling of services.
• 4.7: Respect doctors. Abusive language will lead to block without refund.

5. Prescription & Medicine Purchase

E-prescription provided is based on online consultation. Follow dosage as advised. For Panchakarma, Kshara Sutra, Agnikarma etc., visit authorized Ayurvedic center only. Pranic Universe is not liable for adverse reaction if you have undisclosed allergy, or you take medicines from outside source. Always check expiry, authenticity of medicines. Ayurvedic medicines to be taken under supervision.

6. Payment, Refund & Cancellation (Ayurveda)

Services:

• Refund only if you mail support@pranicuniverse.com within 2 hours of payment AND no consultation availed.
• No refund once consultation availed, regardless of duration or outcome or satisfaction.
• Wallet balance non-refundable, non-transferable.
• If wallet deducted due to technical error and consultation not happened, inform within 24 hours. After verification, refund/recredit.
• Double payment: one refunded within 7 working days after deducting gateway charges.

Products (Ayurvedic Medicines/Oils):

• Ayurvedic medicines are non-returnable due to nature of product, unless damaged/defective/wrong product delivered.
• Report damaged/defective within 2 days of delivery with images at support@pranicuniverse.com
• Must return in original sealed condition.
• Refund after deducting shipping & gateway charges, except for damaged case.
• No refund for medicines if you ordered wrong or provided wrong address.

7. Blocking / Suspension

Company has absolute right to block, restrict, suspend any User without prior notice if misuse, abusive behavior, fraud, violation of Terms. No liability for such action. Repeated violation = permanent deactivation.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Services provided "AS-IS". Pranic Universe is only a technology platform connecting doctors and users. It does NOT itself provide medical advice. We do not control conversation between doctor and user. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness, accuracy, reliability. Not liable for any indirect, incidental damages, loss of profits. Liability limited to fees paid in last 12 months or Rs. 8,000 whichever greater. Information is for wellness/education only.

9. Privacy & Data Usage

We collect Registration Data, health info you provide, consultation history, device info, cookies. Used for providing personalized experience, improving services, research (anonymized), contacting via email/SMS. Sensitive health info never shared with third party without consent except as required by law. Data retained as necessary for legal, tax, dispute resolution. You authorize us to contact you. Third-party analytics used in anonymized form. Do not use platform content for AI model training / scraping.

10. Arbitration & Jurisdiction
